Hi, I'm Gabi Capalbo

After nearly three decades split between running businesses in Brazil and Argentina, and a solid career leading multicultural teams in the telecommunications sector, I chose to take a new professional path: becoming a mentor to women who want to grow, transform, and lead with purpose.

Today, I support women at various stages of their professional journeys to discover their best selves, make intentional decisions, and align their growth with what they truly value and desire. My mission is to empower their paths through empathetic, strategic, and authentic leadership.

This new chapter brings together everything from my previous experience focusing on the future of work, the richness of diverse experiences, and the urgent need for more human-centered leadership. I'm convinced that by supporting other women through their professional challenges, we also help transform organizations from within.
